  • Architected, designed and developed the Gothamist.com brand and network, visited by 100,000 global unique visitors daily using the Movable Type platform.
  • Created and maintained consistent user experience and interaction across network of 15 sites including LAist, DCist, and SFist.
  • Responsible for daily management of design and technology maintenance, supervising a 200+ person staff and teams of contractors.

  • Provided art direction, design support and maintenance for a variety of B2B, B2C, internal and external Web sites for GE (General Electric) corporate, as part of a 15-person retainer team.
  • Designed and helped develop templates to rebrand over 50 GE corporate country and regional Web sites.
  • Consulted with internal GE developers on brand guidelines and design for several GE business units.
  • Designed multiple intranet mini-sites for HR and marketing initiatives.
  • Art Direction for GE’s “Picture A Healthy World” campaign to increase consumer awareness of GE’s Healthcare business. Created a unique Web experience allowing people to upload photos representing how to stay healthy. User-contributed photos were dynamically broadcast in Times Square on the Reuters sign on World Health Day along with additional eight billboards for first-time full digital takeover of Times Square. Also designed a variety of offline collateral and promotional material for the day’s event including t-shirts, signage and pedicab design. Provided art direction of all billboard animation and worked closely with digital production vendor and sign development team for event.
  • Art Direction for NBCU’s intranet Web site. Creating a unique brand experience for NBCUniversal. Designed a template system that for sub brands such as SciFi, USA and Telemondo that allowed unique experiences for their employees. Developed with “Ajax” and modern technologies on top of a legacy Vignette CMS system. Allowed the 15,000 NBCUniversal employees to create a personalized intranet portal, a first for NBCU and GE.
